# Terms of Use (EULA) – ColoringFriends

Effective: October 2025

## 1. Provider and scope

These Terms of Use (“EULA”) govern the use of the “ColoringFriends” mobile app and related services.

This EULA applies to all users, regardless of anonymous use or account/ subscription.

## 2. Service description

ColoringFriends provides coloring pages and themed collections. The app is free to use (viewable content, limited features). An optional “Club” subscription offers additional/exclusive content and convenience features (e.g., unlimited print/share, exclusive motifs).

## 3. Accounts, anonymous use and sync

– You can use the app without registration. In that case, favorites/history are stored locally on the device and will be lost if the app is uninstalled.

– With sign‑in (e.g., Apple/Google), favorites/downloads may be synced to the cloud. On first sign‑in, local data will be merged into the account where technically feasible.

– You are responsible for safeguarding access to your account/device.

## 4. License and permitted use

We grant a simple, non‑transferable, revocable license for private, non‑commercial use of the content (viewing, printing for private use, sharing in a private context). You may not:

– resell, commercially exploit or mass reproduce content,

– publish/distribute original files (e.g., upload source files),

– remove/obscure copyright or trademark notices.

## 5. Subscriptions and in‑app purchases

– Subscriptions (e.g., monthly/yearly) auto‑renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period in the respective store account settings.

– Prices, terms and any free trials are shown in the purchase dialog and may vary by region.

– Free trial (if offered): Unless canceled in time, it converts to a paid subscription.

– Purchases are billed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Refunds/cancellations follow their terms.

– “Restore purchases” is available in the app (iOS: on paywall/settings).

## 6. Content, rights and reporting

All content (graphics, images, logos, layouts) is owned by ColoringFriends or respective right holders. User content (e.g., shared works) must not infringe third‑party rights or be illegal/offensive. Report issues to hello@coloringfriends.com.

## 7. Availability and changes

We strive for high availability but cannot guarantee it. We may change content, features and prices. Material changes to this EULA will be announced in the app/website; continued use constitutes acceptance.

## 8. Warranty and liability

The app is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude warranties and liability for indirect/consequential damages (e.g., data loss, lost profits). Mandatory liability (e.g., product liability) remains unaffected.

## 9. Push notifications

Optionally, the app may send push notifications (e.g., new motifs). You can disable them anytime in system settings.

## 10. Governing law and venue

Austrian law applies, excluding conflict‑of‑law rules and CISG. Mandatory consumer protection of your residence remains unaffected. Venue follows statutory rules.
